I would like to say that yes, Pantethine is a much better form of B5.
I would also like to say that it would work quicker, and have less side effects.
However the price is a problem. And I would like to say that it would take more than 3 a day to clear someone's acne. for the first 3 months a person would need to take 5 to 6 a day, to effectivly raise your CoA level to fight acne.

The Formula 900mg Pantethine = 5g B5 is wrong when talking about CoA. That formula is based on Lipid lowering effects, and NOT CoA elevating effects. That formula is irrelevent to the topic of panthethine and acne.

I would recomend Pantethine if you can afford it, but be aware that you still need to take a Bcomplex vitamin, Drink lots of water, and give it time.
