Some people have experienced gaining acne ever since they started lifting weights in the gym. People have also experienced breakouts from taking supplements such as creatine, whey protein, and other gym related factors. I was just wondering if anybody could share their experiences or thoughts in this matter. Did you get breakouts as a result of lifting weights? Did you breakout from taking creatine? What did you do about it? Does it have to do with increasing testosterone? Anybody experience breakouts from taking protein shakes like whey or protein? Did you continue to work out but still take oral/topical medications to stop the acne? Did anybody experienced breakouts from all the sweating and dirt? Did you stop working out cuz you thought a gym related factor caused acne? Anything to share would be helpful. Please share your insight.
