Yes Sophia it really is that simple. It has worked for me, and for many others, some of them post on this board, such as Meagan. You will see that others post on here have cured their acne through diet and all of the diets eliminate what I have posted up there, whether it is the "Wai" diet or a paleolithic diet. Bad vitamins are any vitamins your body can't use, either because they are formulated incorrectly (most multivitamins), they have secondary ingredients that your body doesn't agree with such as casein or lactose or other dairy or gluten bioproducts, or they are synthetic or cheap vitamins. A lot of people get acne simply from taking vitamins and they get rid of their acne simply by not taking them anymore.


Having acne, for me, meant that I was not healthy. I have no acne now, and excellent blood tests (I get an extensive panel done every year). Eating what they refer to as a "balanced" diet kept me ill. I was generally unwell, and I am much better now eating this way.

I am going to post a list of vegetables to help you out.
