Yes dairy can cause breakouts. Cheese more than milk, especially when its melted, its removed of its nutrients and is like plastic/rubber in your body. Just watch the amount you eat. I love cheese, so i can't cut it out. I just watch the amount, and milk i dont drink glasses anymore. And cereal i eat the cereal and don't drink milk. Just cut down, and you really don't need calcium supplement. But if you feel the need, calcium is really all you get from milk.
