Here is a list of vegetables to help you out. They don't need to be organic. They are better if they are organic, but if you buy a good vegetable wash and wash them well, farmer's market will do.

Also, sardines are cheap. They are small so they have less toxins. The bigger the fish, the more problems. Buy the ones packed in water.
hey! ya... thats all I eat is dairy ...basically!! i posted the list of foods on here a while back, I will try to find it and re-post it. some of the foods that i knoe for sure that i can not eat are:
Apples
Bananas
Any type of Sugar (including ice cream and jellies and junk food)
no potatoes (including chips and french fries)
no tomatoes
ketchup
no salad dressings
no pizza
no candy
no salt at all unless it is iodine free
no soups
no luch meat (too much salt)
no carrots
mangoes
oil
kelp
no sauces
no toppings (like mayo or mustard)
pickles
doritos
and theres more i just cant think of it!! I really eat the same things all the time!! It gets really boring but its worth it!!! I eat grilled chicken sandwhiches, plain moslty but sometimes i will add a piece of lettuce, i eat pb and j sanwhiches, the jelly in sugar free, i eat life cereal b/c it onlt has 3 grams of suagar, i eat soft pretzels, i put iodine free salt on them, i eat ham and cheese hot pockets and thats about all!!! not very much!!! i will find the list soon and i will post it and tell my success story!!!!
Nevermind Pageant, I found the answers to my questions by searching through your past posts. You mentioned that you went to a doctor for skin diseases. I assume this means dermatologist, and that the doctor gave you two medications and a list of foods to avoid. What were the medications and have you since discontinued them because you can control it with diet alone? Here is your most recent post regarding that:

I have really noticed that these foods have broke my face out (i haven't eaten all of thenm tho) especially sugar. It is hard sometimes to find the foods put if a clear face is the result... i will do it. my face is doing really good right now... i am getting over a breakout from yogurt i ate!!!! the piece of paper also says this:

"If you feel that your acne is sever, please avoid all the highest iodine-bromide foods listed. If your acne is mild, you must still avoid chocolate. You may eat chocolate substitutes. It would be best to avouid the entire list above at first until yuor acne clears completely. Thereafter, you can experiment with high iodine foods. The acne should flare within 12 to 34 hours after ingestion if you are sensitive."

ALSO, FOR THE IODIZED SALT WHICH IT SAYS TO AVOID, YOU CAN BUY SALT THAT IS IODINE FREE BUT LIMIT THE INTAKE!


I DONT KNOW HOW MANY PPL WATCH "THE VIEW" ON ABC, BUT LAST WEEK THEY DID A STORY ON ACNE AND HAD A GIRL AT A RESTRICTED DIET FOR ONE WEEK (SHE HAD SEVERE ACNE) AND WITHIN ONE WEEK, U COULDN'T EVEN RECOGNIZE HER IT LOOKED SO MUCH BETTER! HERE ARE THE FOODS THAT THIS DOCTOR SAID TO STAY AWAY FROM:

Are you no longer allergic to dairy?

Also you posted about Oxiderm. This post was a year ago and I'm wondering if you discontinued that as well, or no longer need it?

Some one said that eating bananas, Apples, Peas, Carrots.....r bad for acne...why???.....Isnt apple juice good for acne....just wondering coz I love apples....
