Sorry if you guys get this question all the time, but I am somewhat new to the board, and have been doing searches and can't seem to find the old posts regarding this, so here's my question:

I've had acne for about 8 years I'd say, never completely cleared up except when I went on Accutane for awhile, but then came back. I'm 21 now and my face is pretty much clear, but what is BAD is my back acne. Mostly cystic. I was wondering if you think the gluten free diet would help me?

I'm willing to try it, however I was looking for a list of foods to avoid and couldn't find one. I was just wondering what foods I should avoid and how long it would take to see possible results? I believe I am patient and disciplined enough to follow any diet for a period of time if it will help this damn back acne. Especially during the summer!


So, thanks in advance. I just want to know what foods I must avoid, or if it's easier foods that I CAN eat. Are all vegetables/fruit ok? What about Steak/Chicken/Hamburg? Cheese? That's the kind of stuff I live off of anyway, cutting out break won't be too hard...
