I have done a complete search of the spiro information on this board, but didnt find any direct information on already existing cysts. Did spiro help anyone to get rid of the cysts they already had or did it only help to stop new ones from forming?

I also have this same question about yasmin. I just started taking yasmin about three weeks ago and I have seen some tiny little bumps coming up. I am unlucky with the fact that I usually only get painful bad cysts that last up to 6 months and longer. I have a current cyst that I am hoping will go down while on the Yasmin, if not it looks like another acne surgery for me.

I have done smoothbeam 7 times now and the cyst and acne are about the same....skin and scarring seems a little smoother, but I wish I hadnt wasted all that money.

I finally had to order spiro without a prescrip over the internet. I only hope that it is the real medicine after all those people ordering birth control over the net found out that the pills they had bought were only sugar pills.

I understand others frustration with obtaining a spiro prescription. I have taken every antibiotic and accutane an amazing 5 times. I have been on birth control on and off since about 15, what does a girl have to do to prove maybe it is time to try another alternative....

I am just saying a prayer that US customs doesnt grab my spiro package before it gets to my door. My dad has ordered drugs on line a couple of times and they have been siezed before he ever got them and they werent narcotics....
Oh well.............:(
Hey,

I started yasmin a few months ago and I started to get loads of tiny bumps on my forehead and cheeks. I still have them now, they won't go away and I'm getting quite upset about it. I have heard yasmin can cause these little bumps...if they get worse come off straight away! im on dianette to try and settle my skin down. no luck so far.

if anyone has some advice which could help I'd thoroughly appreciate it!

yes, spiro stopped me from developing new cysts and helped me get rid of the 20 or so existing ones I did have. Now, I get a normal pimple or two like people with "normal" skin do only about once or twice a month.
I am very VERY happy with the results and have been on 100mg of spiro for over 3 months.

I too thought about ordering it online a while back, but was too afraid of doing so because I don't trust it- you don't know what you're gettign and it might not be good for you.
