Currently on Erythromycin 250mg pills (4x day). Decided to get some vitamins.

Went to Holland & Barrett health shop and picked up:

C&E Combo(Vitamin C 500mg, Vitamin E 400I.U. Rose Hips 20mg)

Vitamin A 8000I.U. (From Fish Liver Oils)

High Strength Zinc 15mg (Zinc Gluconate???)

All are free from wheat, gluten, yeast, corn, soya, sugar, starch, lactose, preservatives and artificial colours and flavorings.

Should I worry about what the capsules are made of? (Soya Bean Oil and Partially Hydrogenated Soya Bean Oil)

What dosages should I be taking per day for each????

Thanks for the help. :)
I wouldn't worry too much about what the caps are made of. If anything it will add a trivial amount of fat to your diet so you shouldn't worry. If it does bother you just do a little more excercise than you do now to burn it off.

As far as dosage goes, that really depends on what results your looking for an how bad your acne is.

C&E Combo, I would reccomend going with the amount they say on the bottle

Vitamin A: Anywhere from 50,000-100,000 IU's. Levels higher than this are good for fighting acne, but can be very toxic and should only be used under close medical supervision

Zinc: I've never used gluconate before, but typically Zinc is used in quantities less than 100mg's, unless it's optizinc which you can take as much as 200 and be fine. If you're taking alot, try and find a brand of zinc that has copper in it, since zinc can deplete copper. Zinc is highly toxic, DO NOT TAKE LARGE AMOUNTS.

Anyways, hope this helped ya out.
