Those foods you are eating are good for your body but no necessarily good for your acne. Yogurt is good, but you need the right kind. You need to get plain, fat free, no artificial anything. It takes a little while to get used to the taste but its actually good for your face. The fruit bars aren’t really that good for your skin either because they have added sugars in them. You should really stay away from all sugars if possible and stay to all natural foods. And if you do have foods with sugars in them you should eat protein with it so the protein balances the sugar. If you eat sugar your sugar level in your body raises, which causes acne. The protein will balance out your body not causing your sugar levels to rise, thus not causing acne. As for your hair in your face, as long as you wash your hair everyday that shouldn’t be a problem.
