I love working out and I finally started to make strides on getting the body I always worked hard for. But, I do take supplements and here is the list of what I take: Creatine (creapure, not flavored), Whey Protein, L-Glutamine, and lots of water. For nutritional supplements I take a multi and a b-complex in the morning. Then after my workout I take 2 vitamin C's and a vitamin E to help recover from my workout. Then after my dinner I take Milk Thistle and Acidophilus (sp). Then after my day is finally over, I take down my Magnesium, Zinc, and Fish Oil supplements.

From reading the above, is something causing me to break out more? I just started Milk Thistle and Acidophilus and I know my body is detoxing itself but how long do I have to wait till the breakouts minimize? I throw down about 1 - 1.5 gallons of water too and my diet is pretty clean nowadays. Please let me know some insight on this.
