Another skeptical conclusion to clearing up acne maybe be NUTRIENTS>. Sure, most of us take a multi-vitamin I assume, but is that enough? My friend eats so much freakin food, like 7 meals a day, and he hasnt had 1 pimple in his entire life!! He told me so!!! I have another friend too who eats a lot and has perfect skin.
This could possibly be why you hardly ever see fat people with acne. They eat so much food, they are bound to get tons of vitamins and minerals in the food they eat. Perhaps eating a fair amount each day, and not skipping any meals, along with a multivitamin may help acne.

-just a thought (it doesnt hurt to ponder)
