Re: Tanning beds
Sep 11, 2004
I used to be a tanning bed advocate, not just for the nice tan, but how it helped my face 100%. When i was going to the tanning bed, my face was clear and tan and with the use of moisturizers, soft. I stopped using the antibiotics, and differin and the other topicals my dermo gave me. I recommend that you try it for a month or two and see how your skin reacts. Although everyone is different, my skin LOVED the UV's. And to this day, although im not tanning anymore, all i continue to use is the Differin gel every once in awhile in a break out. Ever since the tanning experience, my face has changed for good. To be fair , you must also look at the negative effects of being in the tanning bed itself. Be careful if you have melanoma or other skin cancers in ur family, because yes it helps acne but it also causes cancer and lots of wrinkles in the long run :) GOOD LUCK :) I think its worth a try myself :)
