I think that I have begun to find the right balance as well...Im not supplementing as much, vitamin E, Flax, B5(the biggest help acne wise), MSN and B complex and sometimes whey/soy protien. After I work out I take Alpha Lopic Acid 600mg, shower as soon as I can(gym one sucks) and then apply Natures cure body acne spray. All this combined as made me 90% clear of acive acne, still red marks, but fading fast. Also, I try and tan at least once a week for 10 min or more, cant wait for the real sun! I make sure to use a before tan and after tanning lotion, makes a huge difference. All this is keeping me clear enough and finally Im making gains again without worrying about breaking out right after a hard work out.
