Hey SweetJade, thank you for putting me on to the idea that grains cause insulin surges. I'm just wondering whether there are any products to substitute bread. I'm not really worried about the other things but cutting bread seems to be hard for me. I noticed you said that at one point you realized you needed more fibers. Did you ever try ProGreens. It seems to have a lot of good stuff in there and is sort of a substitute for vegetables in case you don't get them normally.
