I'm currently trying out a bp and cleansing regimen for my moderate acne. {removed} I was going to try some Zinc supplements since I do show a few signs of Zinc deficiency (white spots on fingernails, weight loss, thin/dry hair, delayed puberty) and have heard that Zinc really helps repair skin and helps the digestive system as well.

I was just wondering, how much Zinc is okay per day, and when should it be taken (with water, with a meal, etc.)? I also wanted to try B5, but that's a little out of my price range at the moment :rolleyes: . Any help is appreciated.
