I've had moderate acne since my early 20s (I'm now 28). I started using Retin-A with mixed results back in December. Since April 22nd, I've been taking 10g of B5 (Solaray brand). Very minor initial outbreak, nothing like Retin-A. Just a number of tiny whiteheads and one weird blackhead plug on my chin. Almost 2 weeks later, and I'm enjoying quite a bit of success. No new bad acne developing, just a few whiteheads every day or so. I'm definitely going to stay on 10g until 60 days out, then I will start to reduce the amount to as low as possible (since the vitamin isn't cheap). I'm very, very excited about the prospects of this solution. I have experienced no negative side effects yet.

In addition, I'm taking zinc, vitamin C, fish oil and vitamin E supplements. And I'm throwing on Elicina once a day. And I'm also taking a Trader's Joes multi-vitamin, I'm wondering if it has enough B complex ingredients, or if I need to start taking a separate B complex vitamin. Good luck to all.
