Hi Kristen. My acne was also a lot worse when I was in college. For me, I think it was a combination of bad eating/sleeping habits and stress. drinks with caffeine, alcohol, junk food, and not working out regularly. Eating right, drinking plenty of water, and taking an antioxidant with zinc can help.
As for products, I have sensitive and dry skin so I use cetaphil 2 x a day and exfoliate 2 x a week at least. I have also been using green cream for 2 weeks now and am very happy so far. My pimples are going away and someone at work told me I was "glowing" the other day.
I know how upsetting my acne was for me in college. I hope some of my advise can help.
