Lemon juice and baking soda helped with my red marks. It took about 2 months. You don't need dermabrasion for that - it's a very invasive procedure, different from microdermabrasion which is non-invasive.

For pitted scars, I've had the most success using Epidermx microdermabrasion cream and Silkia camellia oil together. My moderately deep pits are about 80% better after 9 months.

If your scars are just red marks, you can simply use lemon juice and baking soda. I used them before discovering Epidermx. The Epidermx also took 2 months to fade my red marks. But it's great for pitted scars, blackheads and brightening skin tone.

Wow! 9 months, that's alot, is there anything faster for those pitted scars? I too don't want to try anything invasive. I also have red spots- but i think they are like acne just under the skin, cuz if i pick at them, they grow into pustules. could be worse i guess! (trying to make myself feel better- look at the bright side of things!!) :)
