Recently I read that taking Evening Primrose Oil and Wheatgerm internally will help with hormonal acne. I was wondering if anyone knows of any other vitamins and such that are good for acne. Im at the end of my rope, it seems like everything I try makes my face worse. I have very, very oily skin, whiteheads, blackheads, and cystic acne. I never had a problem my teenage years but when I turned 22 the acne started. Now Im 24 (25 on Monday) and its horrible. Dermablend makeup doesnt even cover it all and thats a heavy makeup. Anyway, any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks :)
Ok..ive done loads of research on this!

*Multi vitamin
*Evening primrose oil
*Milk Thistle.....(quite expensive but v. good for cleansing the liver)
*B complex
*Extra B6
*Green tea
*Vitamin C

Oh and try drinking lemon juice and honey mixed with water...and a detox tea :D

Some people take b5 but i dont.....b6 is great for reducing oil on my skin! :wave:
