I bought OneSource women's vitamins at Walmart for about $5 or so. Here are the ingredients

Vitamin D 400 iu
Vitamin E 90 iu
Thiamin 81.5mg
Riboflavin 81.5 mg
Niacin 15mg
Vitamin B6 81.5 mg
Folic Acid 400 mcg
Viamin B12 81.5mcg
Biotin 81.5 mcg
Pantothenic Acid 81.5mg
Calcium 500 mg
Iron 27 (this is about the amount found in prenatal pills which are also known for helping the skin)
Phosphorus 100 mg
(Other ingredients : asian ginseng 35mg, green tea extract 27 mg, cranberry 50 mg, lycopene 300 mcg)

I think these vitamins have a little bit more than the one's you listed. As for the other vitamins, these should be able to found at a health food store. Look in your phone book to see where one is near you. You can find New Chapters vitamins at the drugstore website. I don't think that I am allowed to type it in. Do a search.

As for the DDF products, you can find them at ANY Nordstroms( where I originally purchased the product) They are pricey depending on what you get can cost anywhere b/n 20-30 bucks for each product. But, they last about 4 months for each product. You can find these at the DDF or drugstore website. If you want to save money, go to ebay but get it from a certified user. I have done this as well.

As for the Vitamin A, yes I am speaking of a topical formula. I have been using this for the past 2 weeks, b/c I haven't yet found a moisturizer for night time that I want to incorporate yet. DDF suppossedly has one of the best moisturizer's. Can't afford to get everything from them! The first vitamin A, I was using was from physician's formula (found at QVC, might be HSN, but I think QVC). My mother had it in a kit that she ordered, so I used her capsules, since she didn't want to. After those were done, I have been using Serious Skin Care's vitamin A found in serum form. This too was in a kit that my mom ordered, but hasn't been using. She is a QVC/HSN freak! I know that Vitamin A is suppossed to be good for the skin (both topically and internally) so that's why I have been beginning to incorporate this into my regimen.

Important**customer reviews can be found on almost any product under the sun, including vitamins on the drugstore website.
