I think I can help.

I wanted let you know that every since I have been taking this vitamins, I haven't broken out. I am going to let you know step by step what I have been doing.

First before I eat twice I a day I am taking New Chapter's Green&White Tea Supplements
3 Times a Day I am taking Health From The Sun's Primrose/Flaxseed combo (about 1500mg in each supplement***very important***first time that I did not have a pimple during "that time of the month")
twice a day with a meal, I am taking OneSource women's vitamins (they are the one's for active women and also contain ginseng, greentea, and cranberry in it)

Cleansing Regimen:
Morning : DDF foaming cleanser (has botanicals and a mild amount of SA in it)
DDF 10%glycolic toner
Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera Gel

Evening: DDF foaming cleanser
Followed w. DDF Acne Pumic Scrub
DDF 10% glycolic toner
Vitamin A

3-4 times a week I have been using the Aztec Indian Clay mask (found at your local health food store and also online) Mix it with 100% Apple Cider Vinegar- which has been said to be good for acne. Some people use it as a toner, I may do that after I run out of my toner, as I am trying to ease myself into a natural regimen. To get rid of pimples within 2-3 days, please also use the Aztec Mask as a spot treatment. IT WILL WORK!

** I truly believe that a large part of my success was do to the vitamins and the 2nd part due to the mask and also exfoliating each evening. Every since I have added these little bits to my regimen, I have been pimple free**
