Hey guys. Well I'm kinda a clueless guy who doesn't know how to "exfoliate", but I kinda figured out my way. First I used my poofy thing in the shower to lightly scrub all around my face with soap, then proceed with the rest of my body. Once I'm done with that, I'll use some more soap on my hands to wash my face again, this time using my nails to lightly scratch off all that white stuff that gets stuck under my nails. I think its all the dead skin.

I've been doing this once or twice every week and my face is noticably smoother and clearer, with a lot less flaky stuff! I'm wondering if I can also do this to my scalp to get a lil less dandruff? I kinda have a lil bit of dandruff here and there, but no biggie.

Also, I've been using Dr. Bronner's soap on my face and body for a while. Its organic and everything, but it doesn't contain acne fighting chemicals either. I'm wondering if there's a good facial wash with salycic acid available at walgreens or safeway? Also, do you think hair conditioner on my face in the shower would help irritated skin from exfoliating?
