oh um heres a list of foods that should help your skin:
grapes,apples, kiwi, cantalope, fresh berries, all kinds of vegetables, and most fruits minus bananas because theyre very starchy... nuts (almonds, cashews...) , seeds like sunflower or pumpkin, turkey, chicken, fish, eggs, brown rice, certain breads made without wheat, oh and also tons of water, and green tea, soy milk, other natural foods and substitues can easily be found at health food stores.

List of foods to avoid:
Sugar(pop,desserts, almost anything man-made), wheat, pasta, dairy, greasy foods, anything proccessed.... chips, pudding...., usually beef and pork aren't very good as well, lots of citrus

I know eating healthy like this is very difficult, that's the main reason i still get acne, and also i can't stop picking... oh that's so hard to stop, but try your best to stop because popping a pimple spreads bacteria which causes other zits to pop up in that area.... hopefully this helps a bit!
