Well i cant definitly put a pin point on what [U]definitly[/U] breaks me out but i can say what doesnt. I have pretty much cleared up my skin with this diet.

Some of the things i eat:

1 salad everday, i think this is one of my vital things in my diet to help my skin.

organic oatmeal
any kind of fresh vegtable
fish
bacon, eggs and homefries yes thats right, i eat this almost every morning during the week
whole wheat bread
no yOlks egg noodles
boneless chicken
brown rice
organic peanut butter and organic rasberry jelly

i eat some organic cereal with soy milk also and other than that the only thing i drink is water

theres other things i cant think of right now

as you can see there is no dairy in there, i am a firm believer in the connection between dairy and acne.

other than that i just wash my face with cetaphil face wash and exfoliate with st aives once maybe twice a week.
