Hi All,

I'll start by sayin in high school I had acne pretty much as bad as it gets... tried minocycline, tetracycline, and plenty of other meds, differin gel, salicylic acid products (specifically Arbonne), herbal treatments, carley's clear and smooth, but the only thing that cleared me up a good ammount was when I finally tried Proactiv. I've been using if for 3 years (I'm 20 now) and the only really bad breakouts I have aren't very frequent.

Don't get me wrong, I still have acne, but I guess unless I go on Accutane, this is as good as it's going to get for now. The downside is Proactiv makes my complexion a very angry red, which beats painful zits I guess (which is why I've started considering Accutane, and I'm going to see a derm again in September). I have very bad scaring from those couple years of not using proactiv so I ordered Silkia Camellia Oil due to the good reviews I've read here on it healing scars.

My question is if anyone has combined using this oil with using proactiv. The directions say to put it on after cleansing, but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to if I should put it on before or after the toner or after the repairing lotion. I don't want to cut out any of the 3 Proactiv steps because they truly do work together. I'm hoping this will help out my angry red complexion as well as start to heal the really bad scarring. I am okay with the ammount of acne I get because it's not so bad (relatively), but I've switched over to less irritating products a couple times and the improvement in my complexion made my face look sooo much better. Unfortunately, it didn't take long to break out really bad again.
