I disagree, baby_hands. Sugar is not sugar, there's a huge difference. Try eating a bag of candy for a week and see how your face turns out, then try eating a bag of fruit for another week and watch your skin clear up. Fruit is nature..it's made for man. Sugar in fruits is alive, where as refined it's totally dead (hence why it's so bad for us). But over doing it is never a good idea, like oranges for instance. But blueberries, apricots, apples, strawberries, raspberries, peaches...etc are excellent for your skin. If you're going to juice, do a combo of both fruits and veggies. Apples and carrots together make a really tasty, healthy drink.
