That is the only problem I have found with the Cordain e-book in that he doesn't suggest a daily regimen or offer any kind of guide as to how much food you will typically take in each day while adhering to the initial 30 days. After that you have to find what does or doesn't cause your skin to break out. I ate too many grapes a few days ago. Two straight days I basically ate grapes at night as a snack and ate nearly the whole bag of them each time. I went back and bought a new bag three times in that week. I have two new zits because of it. It is the first time I had any new zits since I started this diet. They are starting to go away all ready and have shrunk, but the only problem is when I shave it'll iritate them again. I think that is why they got bigger when they initially started to poke through to the surface is that I had to shave over them.

Also, snacking is hard to do on this diet because too much fruit is bad and who wants to snack on vegetables??? I am going to keep up with this though for another 2 weeks regardless because I am tired of not having a clear complexion. It's an easy sacrifice to make when you consider the potential results.

Grapes are causing a problem??? ..... I don't get this.
