Bacne (acne on my back)

I am a 23 year old male. I have had acne since i was about 12. It has come and gone but its never gone for longer then a year. It has never been a problem on my face. It is all over my back and upper arms and chest. I have tried everything. Pills, creams everything. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas. I use the bervoxly creamy wash everynight. I hate putting on creams so if anyone has some suggestions that dont invlove creams i would love it. Thanks

I agree with the first replier, doxycycline is the BEST for clearing the skin on the body. As far as the face goes I find that 3 things are very important, wash your fash with a nice facewash, put on no more than 2.5 % benzoyl peroxide and finally use a REALLY good lotion. I use oil of olay 7X's anti aging, because it has so many vitamins in it that heal all the old problems, and is by far the best thing EVER created!
