Whenever I need to clear up my skin in a few days for a quick fix is to do a 3 day detox diet. Since you have only 5 days getting a prescription or getting a proffesional done chemical peel may make things worse before getting better.

In the morning drink a hot lemon tea. This will help clean the digestive system.

Breakfast: Omelet made up of 3 egg whites and one yolk. Cooked oatmeal (not instant) canteloupe and bluberries. Water

Lunch: grilled salmon or low sodium canned tuna packed in water or olive oil. a salad with lettuce, spinach, hard boiled egg, evoo and lemon juice to taste. Water

Dinner: grilled salmon, salad, steamed broccoli, spinach or asparahus, canteloupe and fresh berries, water.

Snacks: turkey breast, chicken breast, almonds, green apple, olives, cucumbers, strawberries, rasberries, blackberries.

The more closely you stick to the foods listed the better the results. This is a good detox diet that will clear up pimples fast and leave your skin glowing without starving yourself. Drink lemon water as often as you can and do not drink any sugary juices, sodas, candy or it will mess up the results.

Topically you should try appliying fresh lemon juice on the skin to help wih the discoloration. Make sure to dilute it if you have sensitive skin. Also try the Asprin mask which will help with inflammation and exfoliate the skin.
