well I started avoiding gluten and grains, white rice, flour all that... along with dairy and sugar which ive always avoided. It's working but man this is hard. Here is what I eat:

chicken, fish/tuna, eggs, beef, steak, grapes, vegetables, brown rice, oatmeal, potatos every now and then... thats about it and i'm going crazy, here's what i had yesterday for example:

Breakfast: 6 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup of grapes
Lunch: two cans of tuna, some chicken, a salad, small potato
Snack: Can of tuna, bowl of chili, giant chocolate chip cookie (it has no gluten, dairy, refined sugar, salt, oil, eggs or wheat in it so its cool)
Dinner: 5 pieces of fish, salad, bowl of rice, grapes
Snack: 4 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal, 4 carrots

Thats pretty much what I have everyday except in different order. I'm so hungry though,can anyone add some foods to my list that are ok to eat? this diet is working pretty good but I'm so insanely hungry on it and i need more options though, especially ones that don't take long to cook.
