I eat a raw food diet based on fruit, fat and raw protien(egg yolks). I've been on it since latter part of aug 03. It works but yes it's a pain in the butt. I've tried everything else the last being the b5.

As far as unhealthy you're probably thinking of a veggie diet which is impossible to maintain because it's hard for the body to get enough protein.

You have acne if your body produces lots of sebum and you have damaged protien in the skin. So i'm trying to remove one of the factors. Hormones can cause water retenion all by themselves but most people with acne can't handle the cooked protien. the high oil production is actually good for your skin keeping it soft and wrinkle free.
