Hi Rhyuths,

If you have oily skin, make sure you use the 'light' version of Active C. Active C greatly alleviated my skin dryness/tightness without causing acne. I believe a few others are also using it and enjoying it. Haven't heard anything negative about it so far, at least not that I'm aware of. If your skin is too dry, you may actually get more acne. So, it's important to moisturize in this case. However, if your skin is not dry, you probably don't need a moisturizer.

Based on my knowledge, it's not possible to 'close' pores. You can make them 'appear' smaller. However, I'm not sure how to do that since I haven't had problems w/pore size (God is merciful on me in this aspect)

I believe that the tiny bumps you are referring to are whiteheads. If so, BHA is really effective. Pls. start w/a low strength (1%) and test it on a few bumps to see if BHA is suitable for your skin type. I always spot test a product for at least 2-4 weeks before applying to other areas of my face.
