I was wondering if B5 would work for me. Im a 19 year old male, I don't have oily skin at all. My skin is usualyl pretty dry or normal. In the summer my acne like goes away, its just in the winter where its bad. So, I'm not really sure what is causing it. my face is also a reddy color in the winter as well... I was wondering if I should take B5? if so, how much? work up to about 4g?
