Hey there! Here is what I think is best:

Morning:
50mg Zinc
500mg Pantothenic Acid
(this and Zinc are the two best vitamins for acne)
1300mg Evening Primrose Oil
1000mg Vitamin C
3000mg MSM
200 I.U. Vitamin E
10,000 I.U. Vitamin A

This, plus healthy eating, should help a lot with your acne. B6 is also good. Selenium is something else you may want to try. In fact, all the B vitamins are good, namely B5, B6, B4, and B3.
