Hi Mimi!

I would like to know how you're doing, as well. As for me, I'm doing OK seems as though those spots have cleared up and my face does seem to be doing better again. One thing I do still eat, though, is tuna and today, I had some little shrimp things in my pasta. I know that seafood does sometimes cause breakouts, so I'll see how my skin fares tomorrow. The tuna seems to be OK, though. Other than that, I'm not eating any meat. Oh, however since it is Thanksgiving this weekend, I *will* have to eat some turkey. I'm really craving home-cooked meals since being away at school.

I also drink rice milk instead of cow's milk or even soya milk and I agree, it tastes much better. I am a bit weary about eating soy all of the time, however I eat tofu a couple of times a week. Did you know, however, that there are many products that contain milk ingredients, such as canned tuna and even soy cheeses? Very frustrating!! Anyway, this is a difficult battle, but at least there are a few of us on here that are doing it, so we can give each other advice. Good luck to you and keep in touch with all of us!
