Since you are working out and eating lots, you are obviously in good shape outside...but acne tells you that you are NOT in good shape inside. YOu are missing several things in your diet and perhaps not looking after your skin as well as you could. I have been through hormonal acne when a teenager, and adult acne all my life...almost 30 years of zits can really piss you off!
You need to eat a good variety of NATURAL foods, stay away from fast foods, greasy or high sugar foods, supplement with 20mg of chelated zinc, and 100mg of natural B complex, and find a good exfoliating clenser and toner for your face. I use Pro Active and have had great results.
Use the cleanser twice per day, or after you work out and clean you face well.
