I think Philaser said that using Evening Primrose Oil contains GLA (10% or so normally), which helps to regulate production of androgen hormones, which according to a lot of sites, are partly the cause of acne?

I normally take 1000mg one day, 1500mg the next, then 1000mg, and so on..
I have never taken any supplements for my acne, but now I am thinking about trying evening primrose oil and zinc. I am hesitant about the B5 because my acne is pretty mild and I don't want to take chances with getting an initial breakout from it. Are there any other vitamins that I could take that would help my acne but not cause an initial breakout?
