I stopped drinking soda a while ago. I don't know if it helped any, but soda is awful to your health and your bone density (for women). I cringe when I see one of my friends who drinks soda like it was water (by the way, she does have acne as well, could be a connection).
I've also always been a healthy eater, but in the past month, I've really tried to eliminate as many processed foods as possible. I've also cut back on dairy, so that all I am eating in terms of dairy is organic yogurt 3-4 times a week (Stonyfield Farms non-fat yogurt-it's great!). I've also started eating organic sunflower seed bread more instead of whole wheat bread (I still eat whole wheat, just not as much.) I don't eat meat, except for tuna, and I eat tons of fruit and vegetables. I believe it does help to an extent, as I still do break out a bit.
