Zinc is a good supplement to take with B5 as zinc is needed to absorb B5. Thats why some people achieve alot of success just on 50mg of zinc a day because it helps absorb the exsisting level of B5 you get from food etc. In order to absorb zinc well you need vitamin B6 which you can get from a B-Complex vitamin. Personally I take 5 grams of B5 a day with a 50mg tablet of zinc gluconate, I will also be taking a B-complex vitamin too. If you are really tight on money then consider just taking zinc as B5 is so expensive. The zinc should be enough to boost your current level of B5 in your body to help with your acne.

Also avoid refined sugar and hydronated fat as these are very bad for acne as it is loading the body with unecessary crap that your body finds difficult to process so alot of it ends up coming out through your skin hence acne.
