Hey there dbp8t. I have not noticed that as I have
maintained a constant daiy dosage and not lowered
it to a typical "maintenance" dosage.

How much B5 are you taking throughout the day, and
are you breaking the dosage up?

One of B5's major benefits in regards to acne is
helping it break down the skin oil and fats in the
system. It would stand to reason that during the
periods that B5 my seem to have stopped working may
be times when the system is flooded with foods
(mainly bad fats) that are taxing your body's ability
to break them down completely.

This would mean that a higher dosage would be required
to combat the increased "waste" within the system.
