Hey well i was doing some acne research, and i came across some good information, i thought i would share it with you all, take your time to read it all!................

Efamarine (combination of 80% Evening primrose oil & 20% Fish oil) - rich in omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids fro hormonal balance and anti-inflammatory effects. Useful for menstrual pain and other conditions due to hormone imbalance.
