What works
for me is finding foods from all 4 food groups that are satitisfying yet won't break my
face out, and keeping that stuff in stock while taking supplements that support my digestive system and and taking extra care not to use harsh products when my skin is dry and sensitive and always being on the look out
for oily spots and spot treating them with strong stuff before they turn into huge bumps.I know they would probably go away faster if I left them alone but I can't stand a bumpy zit! I like to keep them flat and dry and
make them take longer to heal.

Right now I'm all stocked
up on all my favorite health foods and my
face is clear except
for a few old zits that are still in the process of healing (from the egg mask and some other bad foods) .
