Thank you very much to anyone who answers.
>*how long do cysts usually lasts?

I've had them for 30 years. I've had the big, red itchy ones that fill with horrific goo, and then I have the "silent" ones that lay under the skin, sometimes itching, but usually as knots--there's no telling what will trip one off and have it rupture.
They never go away, you just hope you keep the silent ones from ever rupturing.

>*what's the most effective over the counter medication to cure cysts ?

No such medication exists. This is why Accutane was invented.

>*whats the best way to remove the hyperpigmentation >from acne such as cyst?

Many methods, do a search under acne scarring for some ideas.

>*should you put mosturizers on cysts?

They don't care.

>*what's the most effective prescription medication >excluding accutane to cure cysts?

Don't want to burst your cyst, but there's no such thing as a "cure." Acne is a disease that can be controlled, but never cured.

>*what's the most effective herbal or natural >medication or method to cure cysts?

Okay, you know ther's no cure for cysts. You'd really have to have have each one mechanically/surgically removed and I've never read of any doctor engaging in clinically removing cysts except for the now and then huge ones. People have them drained, but the sac, which is the cyst, remains and the potential for it to refill is more than possible.

I've been reading a lot about Vitamin B5 to reduce oil and inflammation associated with cystic acne as well as something called MSM. However, the users have not said they've seen any diminishing of the numbers of existing cysts. They see a reduction in the number of lesions and oil on the surface.

I think that if you do research on what causes the skin to age, you'd see a connection to what processes are involved in cystic acne. Maybe the same remedy to fight aging could eliminate cysts--I'm going to work to do more investigation into this possibility.
