Too much soy!!

I'm a vegetarian, and I used to eat fish but about five months ago or so I stopped and don't consume any flesh whatsoever now. I had a pretty bad case of acne on my chin for about three months or so, of and on, getting better/worse after I stopped with the fish. I also take in a lot of soy products as a meat alternative and I'm thinking that might have to do with the pimples. I stopped eating so much soy and now I'm clear, there's maybe one zit now. But nothing like it was! I wonder if any other vegetarians out there had my problem. I could be allergic to soy, in large quantities it might be a problem for me. I'm taking zinc and vitamin E supplements as well, and this also helps a lot. I use Neutrogena deep cleansing face wash and Almay makeup, none of these things seems to harm the acne, in fact, it hasn't been better in months than it is right now. Breakouts can be an allergic reaction. I think the amount of soy I was taking in was a bad thing. I drink tons of water and I'm in pretty good shape and health, and I'm thinking I'll cut the soy out for a little bit and see if it goes away completely.
