Not funny at all especially if you don't cook. Anyway, you crack open the egg like in the center so as to break it into two halves. Do this over a small bowl to catch the egg whites as it dribbles out. Then, hold a half in each hand and pour the yolk (the yellow part) from one half to the other letting the egg white (the clear part) spill into the bowl. You won't use all the egg white in one night so you might want to put it in a small jar or something you can keep covered in the fridge. You can toss the yolk or use it too as a mask. Personally, the past couple of nights, I've been doing the egg white mask for 10 min. and the yolk mask for 15. Hope this helps!
