It's been awhile since I have looked at the Murad vitamins - over a year. I remember vit a, e, b's, and some minerals. I don't remember any high dosages. I looked at it and realized I get a lot more in what I am already taking. My opinion, don't spend the money. Get a good multi-vitamin instead.

My skin is moderate/cystic acne. I have some scars left from when it was worse. The first time I started it, I remember it taking 2-3 weeks to start getting better. Getting better to me means - 1 or 2 pimples left and they are on their way out. These went away and my skin didn't get worse. I have to admit, I know my acne is hormonal, so once a month, I would get 1 cystic pimple and then it would go away. That is managable to me.

Recently, I was off Murad for about 6 weeks. Just started back up 2 weeks ago, and I have 2 pimples left that are healing. What I notice the most, is it takes away the redness on my chin and other places zits were. I still have some red marks from older pimples, but they will go away with time.

I use the Acne Prone Formula twice a day - am and pm, with 10% BP OxyWash, not the gentlest stuff, but my skin is ok with it for now.

I hope this helps.
