1) Vitamin B5 (pantothentic acid)

2) Accutane (called Roaccutane in UK) available though hospital

3) Dianette (birth control pill, also called 'Diane' in USA and Canada i think!)

4) Vitamin A, E, C, (good to combat blemishes and red marks)

5) Zinc (combat red marks and blemishes; heals skin...too much is dangerous as it can make u go blind. i take usually 15mg a day)

6) Evening primrose oil (try it...u never know....good for skin, nails and hair)

7) Flaxseed oil (or Linseed oil) i heard its good for skin but ive just started using so ill keep u all posted)

8) Zinerate solution ( good for people who hav mild/moderate acne

9) weekly face mask and exfoliator

10) 8 glasses of water a day....plenty of salad, fruit and veg. Try eat boiled spinach....disgusting but works great on my skin lol also available in the market.
