If I use the neutrogena pore wash which contains saliyclic acid is there anything wrong with also using a 4% benzoyl peroxide cream?

Nope... I wouldn't say so, but watch how dry your skin becomes.

I used peroxide + Neutrogena's hair shampoo containing, I *think* 2% salacyllic acid... and it helped out my forehead a bunch without any added drying really.

The peroxide is the killer.
I Have to Disagree

Before I got put on accutane I switched from benzoyl peroxide to salicylicic acid, and the acid realy, really driend out my face but didnt seem to heal my acne, but benzoyl peroxide on the other hand wasnt drying my face out as bad.

Salcylic acid in any product never seemed to help, wether in a derm perscribed wash, nutragena cleanser, or a facial scrub. It always made my skin very dry, tight, and irritated. benzol Peroxide is a lot better, it doesn't dry my face as much, and I just think it works a lot better.

Jon
I have to agree with the previous post, I have found salicydic acid does nothing for my skin, but I have yielded great results with BP
