I used to go like every other day or so.. but thats b/c I barely eat. But when i BM everyday, my skin looks better.. but when i dont, my skin acts up.. but it also depends on what u're eating. If you're not BM everyday, then change ur diet.

This is what I notice that helps in BM:
drinking honey water, eating hot oatmeal cereal every morning (u can try the one for women only), dried prunes, foods that have ginger in it, and lots of water which helps digest ur foods. And when u drink water, drink it 20 mins after ur meal.

Eating chicken, or meat does not digest, so it can cause some flare up? :/
And it sure helps my skin a lot since i have become a pure vegetarian, and replacing foods w/ soy.
