The only REAL FOODS that can make acne worse (for me at least) are: all cheese (feta is ok) hot sauces (contains salt, peppers, acid) fast food (because of the msg content & bad cooking oil) baked potatoes (fries are ok) bananas / mangos / spinach cinnamon fudge salty chips (17 replies)

... Potatoes in general are bad for you, whether they are baked, fried, roasted, hung dry whatever. If anything fries is the worst form to eat a potato cause of the high oil content. Spinach will not aggravate acne. Its part of the lettuce family and greens are one of the best veggies for you. Greener the better. Feta cheese is good for you, but same with Blue cheese,... ... Dude I've been having this problem...thats why I creatd this thread. Basically I noticed my skin breaking out because of increase in oatmeal and whey protein comsumption. I used to have 4-5 servings of Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein and about 6 cups of oatmeal a day (I love oatmeal, sometimes I would eat it raw).
